A substantially proportioned trunk made from Camphor wood, known for its wonderfully distinctive aroma. Ideal for the storage of clothes and linen or even used as a coffee table, trunks have been a firm favourite in the home for many generations. Due to the unique finish of this wood, each trunk may vary slightly in colour, patina and size. About our Chinese pieces: We have chosen this piece for its aesthetic appeal and though some may appear old, we are unable to supply certification on their exact age. We select pieces that are visually pleasing in design, workmanship and finishes and we are especially drawn to pieces in which the old 'patina 'still remains.
